Shipping Costs:

FREE SHIPPING for all U.S.orders over $150

$14.99 for orders up to $250

Orders Shipping to EUROPE have a flat rate of $20.

Rest of the World(including of Canada, Mexico and all other countries in the world) :the shipping charges are calculated at check out and the rates do not include the duties and fees to import the product (just the shipping charges)

Where Does My Order Ship From?

We ship all orders for North America daily from our New York warehouse.

When Will My Order Ship?

We process all orders daily and ship via standard USPS or UPS ground service. Typical delivery times are 3-7 days from date of order.

Where is my Order?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Carmen Sol package. .

If you still need help tracking, please contact us below. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

My Package is Missing! What Should I do?

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

If you don’t have any luck there and your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, just contact us below and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.
